UNI hosts lecture by international criminal prosecutor for the U. N. on genocides in Africa

"Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Darfur: How to Judge the Horror," will be the topic of a lecture by Stephen Rapp, Chief Prosecutor, U. N. Tribunal for Sierra Leone, in the Kamerick Art Building Auditorium. Rapp, is a native of Cedar Falls.
