Mr. and Mrs. Semon A. Sandven

The former Freda Frances Morris and her husband, of Pella, announce the birth of a son, Frederick Martin. Semon is head of the Public Relations Department of Central College at Pella. They have three other children, Semon J., Joe, and Frances Martha.
