Branstad to sign into law a bill earmarking $125,000 to the University of Northern Iowa to develop real estate education program.

Iowa State Legislature, during this past session, approved the increase of the renewal fee for a state real estate license by $10. Seventy percent of that increase will be appropriated to Northern Iowa's College of Business Administration.
