Russell Brown, 1940 college graduate, has taken over important staff responsibilities with the National Safety Council in Chicago

Brown's role in the National Safety Council will be in the School Section of the Annual Inventory of Traffic Safety Activities, the Driver Education Section, and the Honor Roll. Brown recently completed the requirements for a master's degree.
