The Rebels won, 60-50, earning them a spot in the WNIT Championship. 11/29/2018 At the Paradise Jam Invitational in the Virgin Islands, the men's basketball team lost to the University of Pennsylvania, 78-81 but defeated the Eastern Kentucky Colonels, 90-85, and the Old Dominion Monarchs, 54-53. In regular season competition, they were defeated by the Monarchs, 72-65. The women's basketball team defeated the Creighton Bluejays, 65-55 in regular conference play. At the Beach Classic in Long Beach, they defeated Long Beach State University, 71-64. Back in regular play, they lost to the Boise State Broncos, 61-60; photo.
