2/20/2020 The Student Wellness Services submitted a column to raise awareness to the 30 million people in the U.S impacted from a clinically significant eating disorder at some point in their life. 12/5/2019 De-Stress days are back and are once again hosted by the Student Wellness Services. This year there will be emotional support animals, coloring, crafts, puzzles, hot chocolate or tea, and much more at the Maucker Union Ballroom. These days are to help students unwind and to have a mental break as they prepare for finals; photo.

12/6/2018 Student Wellness Services and the Student Health Advisory Board held "De-stress Days" Dec. 3-5 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Maucker Ballroom. The activities offered included: Coloring, gratitude cards, a meditation labyrinth, companion puppies, hot drinks, and puzzles. All of the activities were intended to alleviate stress.
