Mr. and Mrs. Harm J. Kramer

Announce the birth of a daughter, Suzanne Cecelia. They also have a son, Kermit Dean. Harm is engaged in social work during the day, and in the evening is registrar at the Schurz Evening Junior College; reside in Chicago.
