Mental Health Director to Talk at ISTC

G. H. Lawrence, director and resident psychiatrist of the Blackhawk county mental health clinic, will address the Alpha Phi field chapter of Phi Delta Kappa.The fraternity will meet in the small dining room of the Commons.
