Iowa supreme court grants stay of injunction ordered against University of Northern Iowa by district court judge.

John Degnan ruled Tuesday that the University of could not require assistant marketing professor Richard Penn to teach more than 450 student credit hours per semester. Supreme Court's action Thursday temporarily prevents that order from taking place.
