Mary Jean Montgomery heads University of Northern Iowa's studies in leadership advisory board.

The Board, made up of 28 state leaders representing fields such as business, finance, government, education, and non-profit organizations, as well as University faculty and staff, is designed to develop, implement, and evaluate a leadership program.
