"Early Childhood Academy" of rural schools established in Iowa by regents' center for early developmental education at University of Northern Iowa.

Teachers in Iowa's rural school districts often feel isolated from the mainstream of educational changes and innovations. Beginning this fall, the university of Northern Iowa will involve 47 of those districts in a two-year pilot networking project.
