3 | Football report 1915 | Seventy-two men received credit for playing on football team. Team had 3-3 record this season and an average of 1200 attended the events. This was the first year that the budget was paid by the TC. |
4 | Nashville Rural Teacher Training Conference | Alumni Edward E. Rall, Professor of Education, J. Herbert Kelley, and George S. Dick, presidents of normal schools in Colorado and Nebraska participated in conference. |
5 | Professor W. N. Hull | Former member of the faculty died of heart failure November 13, 1915, in California. |
6 | The alumni memorial | Project to raise funds for Alumni Memorial, the Campanile, has been enthusiastically supported. |
7 | The enrollment and work of the fall term | Enrollment of 1740 necessitated the hiring of more teachers. There are currently 509 candidates for graduation in 1916. |
8 | The Iowa Survey Commission | Commission will inspect and evaluate TC and submit a report next spring. |
9 | The new plan for athletics | New plan includes free student admission to football games; men who had not completed their PE requirement had to play on the team. Basketball and track will be handled the same way this year. |
10 | The Study Center Extension Service | Study Center work is conducted on Saturdays in each county. Enrollment to date is 7606. |
