1 American Industrial Arts Association meeting Harold Palmer elected president. The association sponsors leadership programs and supports industrial arts plans in education.
2 Campus school registration Parents with kindergarten students living the fourth ward and surrounding rural districts urged to register their children for classes by Dwight Curtis.
3 Carroll branch summer school names staff Lou Sheperd with direct the Carroll branch school. Classes begin on June 5, 1946. Instructors will come from outside university campuses.
4 Creston summer school names staff Henry Van Engen, director of the branch school, announces members of the six and twelve week staff. A special reading laboratory will be held for thirty children.
5 Old Gold editor named Dick Simpson of Webster City is th editor of the 1946-1947 Old Gold. Other staff members named.
6 Spencer registration Branch summer school registration was aided by the presence of three faculty members.
7 Style Show Students to model clothing designed and constructed in clothing classes. Forty five garments will be shown.
