1 Cincinnati drama set has Iowan's touch Herbert V. Hake, radio program director, was asked to create a set suggesting a city street and church ready to administer to every area of city life for the religious drama of the Presbyterian church's general assembly in Cincinnati next May.
2 March 10 home economics conference at ISTC Planning the all-purpose school home economics laboratory is but one of the workshops scheduled for Saturday's (Marth 10) home economics conference. Held in the vocational building, the conference will also feature exhibits on two floors.
3 Raymond J. Schlicher, assistant placement director will talk to the Cedar Falls Kiwanians Schlicher will speak at the Kiwanians regular weekly meeting Thursday evening (March 8). His topic will be "The Amana Society," a religious colony including several villages in east central Iowa.
4 Spring quarter starts March 20 at ISTC Spring quarter registration will be completed Tuesday for new students and others who were unable to register in advance about two weeks ago. Eighteen hundred and seventy students have registered in advance.
