1	Mario Salvador, regarded as America's greatest organ virtuoso, will present an organ recital in the auditorium, Sunday, September 30	Salvador, 33, is organist and choir director of the St. Louis New Cathedral, St. Louis, Missouri. His appearance on campus will be under the joint sponsorship of the Bureau of Religious Activities at the college and the American Guild of Organists.
2	The dread some college students have regarding the re-opening of school isn't reflected by the faculty members of the business education department	They're going to report for duty a week early at their own expense. It's strictly a voluntary move, according to L. V. Douglas, head of the business education department.
3	Three out-of-town speaking engagements during the coming month are scheduled for President J. W. Maucker	Maucker's speaking engagements will include: the Iowa Congress of Parents and Teachers in Ames; Mitchell county teachers meeting in Osage; and the annual convention of the Iowa Taxpayers Association in Cedar Rapids.
