1	Dwight Curtis, director of student teaching, will deliver a graduation address at Maxwell Air Force base, Alabama, April 4	Curtis will address graduating class 52-B of the Academic Instructor course. The class will consist of approximately 120 officers, airmen, and civilians. Plans call for Curtis to serve as a consultant to the instructional program of the Air university.
2	Guy Wagner and Waldemar Gjerde's fourth article appears in the March issue of Midland Schools	Schools that believe in a program of well-rounded literacy should tailor their curriculums to produce literate listening and speaking as well as literate reading and writing, according to Wagner and Gjerde in their article "Listening, Too, Is Important."
3	Imogene Mennen, Marlene Miller, Melvin Salo, and William Dreier will attend the tenth annual Midwest Conference on Rural Life and Education	Mennen is president of the Rural Community Leaders club. Salo is in the teaching department. Dreier, education department, will serve as a consultant in the conference area dealing with "Qualified People to Serve as Leaders in Rural Communities."
4	More than 50 of the 88 teachers who reported for overseas teaching job interviews met all the desired qualifications, according to E. W. Goetch	Interviews for teaching positions with the American Dependents Schools Overseas were conducted at the college by a representative from the Civilian Personnel Division of the Department of the Army. Teachers interviewed were from seven states.
