1	ISTC professor to attend banking institute	Charles T. Leavitt attends the two-day Institute of College Teachers of Money and Banking program, sponsored by the Federal Reserve System. Forty instructors from Midwest colleges will be joined at the institute.
2	ISTC to offer extension courses	Courses in education, social science, mathematics, science, and literature are held across Iowa. Information can be acquired from junior colleges of participating towns, or through Extension Services.
3	Orientation highlights ISTC opening days	Incoming students, parents, administrators, and advisors join for orientation activities in the Commons. The orientation will take place over the course of four days, and will include tours, testing, and registration.
4	Orientation highlights ISTC opening days	Incoming freshman attend a reception and orientation, where they register for classes, tour campus, and meet with faculty advisers. Programs include the Chuck Wagon picnic, Church Night, and a welcoming address by President Maucker.
5	State Board of Regents to meet at ISTC	Members of the State Board of Regents and finance committee meet with presidents, provosts, and business managers of various state institutions. Board members and visiting officials are invited to a luncheon in the Commons with President Maucker.
