6 UNI professor Stefanich receives national award Gregory Stefanich named co-recipi9ent of the President's Award fo the National Middle School Association. Stefanich is a professor of education. He coordinates middle school and junior high school programs.
7 UNI Thanksgiving hours announced Classes end at noon on the Wednesday of Thanksgiving week. Offices are open until 5:00 pm that afternoon.
8 UNI to offer workshop on 'Facilitative Group Process' James Anderson, a nationally recognized specialist in group process is the keynote speaker at workshop.
9 UNI tree lighting plans announced John J. Kamerick will turn the switch that lights the large evergreen near the southwest corner of the Union. A skit, concert, caroling, and the arrival of Santa and his elves will follow. The events are free and open to the public.
