2	Regents refer UNI enrollment limitation request to interinstitutional committee	The UNI Committee on Enrollment Limitation has proposed a policy that would stabilize enrollment to about 11,250 to 11750 students; students ranking in the top one-third, not one-half of their high school class would automatically be admitted.
3	UNI professor helps celebrate third year of landmark 'Nation at Risk' report to improve public schools	LaRocque attended a conference about the report led by former U.S. Secretary of Education Terrel H. Bell who in 1981 created the National Committee on Excellence which produced the report.
