4 U. S. policy in Central America is topic of UNI public talk April 23 (Thursday) Guest professor, Luis E. Aguilar appeared in the Kamerick Art Building to speak on U. S. policy in Central America. Aguilar's presentation was sponsored by the Department of Modern Languages, and the Latin American Studies Committee.
5 UNI Greek Week activities slated Monday-Saturday (April 20-25) The opening ceremonies of Greek Week were held in Maucker Union, organized by Sean McAleer and Shelly Niffenegger. Activities included a leadership breakfast, a study night in Rod Library, and a Special Olympics competition.
6 UNI's Bill Witt wins awards from Iowa Press Photographers Association The Office of Public Relation's Bill Witt earns first, second, and third place in the Iowa Press Photographers Association competition.
