Half of the profits from of her novel, "Sleeping with the Enemy", went to the organization.
2 UNI students tackle competition in 'real business world' by computer Students of Professor Al Pelham compete with one another to sell products in a computerized business simulation. Teams must develop business strategies to maximize their profit, and are graded on their performance of their companies.
3 UNI to host joint meetings of Iowa Math Associations Friday-Saturday (April 24-25) Representatives from three professional mathematics associations attended two presentations held in McCollum Science Hall. Professor Ivan Niven, of the University of Oregon, spoke on statistics. Professor Oscar Kempthorne presented on coding theory.
