1 'Latchkey' child care problem made worse during the summer months. "Latchkey," or unattended school age children, have more household accidents than do supervised children, and their parents are often less productive at work.

Daryl Smith says spraying chemicals not only contributes to groundwater contamination, but also wastes taxpayers dollars.
