Whenever one starts a serious attempt to change behavior, it does require will power, plus the desire to abandon the bad habit.

Jenney Bass says the physical problems associated with alcohol abuse include stomach ulcers, stomach cancer, and malnutrition, as well as liver damage. There are many places people can go for help.
