1 Art for shade-- mega structure to be constructed for RAGBRAI. One major concern for organizers of RAGBRAI was shade. After months of planning and consultations with artists, 144 "wing-like" structures, forty feet long by forty feet wide will be constructed on the Northern Iowa campus to serve as a dual purpose:
