Students who complete the program will be given priority in IMAGES grants.

The project is co-directed by Professors Mary Franken and Cheryl Budlong through the Iowa Department of Human Services.
7 Therapeutic massage and wellness course to be offered at the University of Northern Iowa through April Ralph and Harriet Goodman instruct a course on therapeutic massage in the Communication Arts Center. The course does not require previous experience, and does not prepare students for careers as professional massage therapists.
8 University of Northern Iowa to offer economic development seminar in Iowa City Thursday (April 5) The Management Development Center sponsors the Basic Concepts of Preparing for the Prospect program at the Highlander Inn. Program instructors will be members of the Professional Developers of Iowa.

10 Workshop to broaden elementary and middle school counseling programs to be held Monday (April 2) by University of Northern Iowa The Departments of Teaching and Educational Administration and Counseling, and the Office of Continuing Education and Special Programs co-sponsor a workshop for elementary and middle school counselors and administrators.
