1 'Home for the Harvest' brings Renaissance Group back to UNI Oct. 20-22 College presidents, vice presidents, provosts, and education deans from around the country will come to UNI for tenth anniversary meeting of the Renaissance Group, October 20-22.

3 "Tom Jefferson [heart] Sally Hemings: a match made (up) in history" will be the subject of Oct. 27 Phi Alpha Theta/Department of History Lecture Andrew Burstein will deliver lecture on public fascination with DNA results that link the child of Sally Hemings to Thomas Jefferson.

7 Midwest Regional Conference of National Association of Laboratory Schools meeting at UNI's Price Laboratory School Oct. 21-23 Laboratory school faculty and administrators throughout the Midwest Region of Laboratory Schools will be meeting.
