2	Iowa's county roadside managers to pick up $200,000 worth of native seeds at UNI May 7, 8	This is the 11th year the county roadside managers will use the seed--a mix of 48 prairie grasses and wildflowers--for beautification, habitat restoration and creation, erosion control and weed control.
3	UNI chapter of the American Marketing Association finished year off strong	After successful recruitment, the chapter increased membership by more than 216 percent. The UNI AMA provides them with leadership opportunities, professional development, networking, community involvement, and the enhancement of marketing skills.
4	UNI Department of English Language and Literature awards and scholarships for 2008	Thirty-six students were presented with awards and scholarships at a reception. Student names are listed.
5	UNI students inducted to Psi Chi the National Honor Society in Psychology	Twenty-eight students were inducted into the UNI Psi Chi chapter. Students must be in the top 35 percent of their class, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and have completed 9 credit hours from the psychology department. List of students inducted.
