Patrick JB Flynn, former graphic designer at The New York Times and art director at the independent not-for-profit magazine The Progressive, curates the exhibition. It will feature 50 artists and more than 150 works of art.
2 UNI receives $40,000 grant from State Farm Foundation for computer science The grant will support curriculum development and student-centered research in desktop parallel computation using multi-core processors. "State Farm believes in building better educated communities," said State Farm Iowa Vice President Terry Barton.

Her first prize aaward includes an all expense paid trip to the national semifinals in New York.
