1 Invisible Children Inc. Tour to visit UNI Invisible Children Inc. is a non-profit organization that began following three filmmakers' trip to Africa in the spring of 2003; the trio created the documentary "Invisible Children: Rough Cut," a film that exposes realitiesof northern Uganda.

3 UNI Guidance Counselor Advisory Board meets April 6 The board is made up of 24 guidance counselors from high schools across Iowa. The board meets twice each year to discuss enrollment issues such as student recruitment, admission requirements and financial aid.
4 UNI Rod Library announces 'Student of the Month' Aubrey Black, a social science education major also pursuing a minor in psychology, began working in the library's Technical Services Department in August 2007. Her duties include processing new books, relabeling old books, and more.
5 UNI's Department of English Language & Literature announces winners of the Selina Terry Poetry Award The first-place winner, Diane Temple, is guaranteed publication in the student-run literary magazine, "Inner Weather." The award celebrates Selina Terry, former professor of English, and was established in 1999 by Eugen Bovee. Students listed.
