1 UNI hosts 45th annual Model UN Conference Model U. N. offers high school students a simulation of the diplomacy, problem-solving and responsibilities of the United Nations. James Lubker will welcome attendees and the keynote address will be presented by Donna Maier.
2 UNI School of Music welcomes guest artist Matt Bengtson to perform with faculty artist Sean Botkin Bengtson, earned his undergraduate degree at Harvard and his M. M. and D. M. A. degrees in piano performance at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. Botkin is a world-renowned performer and educator; received his Master of Music degree from Juilliard.
3 UNI to host carillonneur Karel Keldermans in concert Guest artist Karel Keldermans, a carillon bells historian, will perform in a concert at noon, April 24, at the Campanile on the campus. The performance will include original compositions and arrangements by Keldermans as well as others.
4 UNI to host series of events celebrating Earth Day "Get Your Green On," Available events include tours of the Botanical Center, a 5K run/walk, an environmental job booth, live music and free bike tune-ups.
