1 UNI School of Music to host Summer Harp Workshop, July 19-25 Open to students entering grades 8 - 12, students will participate in harp ensemble, duets or trios, private lessons, individual practice and classes focusing on orchestra skills. Recreational activities are planned for the evenings.
2 UNI to host Young Scientists' Summer Camps For grades five through eight, camps with space still available are "Exploring Energy," and "Rivers, Rocks and Prairies." "Exploring Energy" will investigate where energy comes from, how energy is used, ways to use energy more efficiently and more.
3 UNI's John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center presents at International Business Incubation Conference Katherine Cota-Uyar and Laurie Watje's presentation highlighted JPEC's Student Business Incubator (SBI). The SBI is an educational learning laboratory designed to inspire and educate students interested in entrepreneurship and small business.
