3 UNI lists experts in environment and sustainability The C.A.R.E. (creating a responsible environment) Web site has compiled a list of faculty and staff who can speak to topics on the environment and sustainability, from psychology to technology.
4 UNI Museums to hold three-part documentary series: 'Black Coffee' "Black Coffee" is a documentary that traces the useful and volatile history of coffee. Coffee has dominated and molded the economies, politics, and social structures of entire countries since its discovery on an ancient Ethiopian hillside.
5 UNI to offer small business financing workshop This workshop will focus on what an emerging entrereneur needs in order to acquire capital for starting a small business. Representatives from local lending institutions will provide an overview of new and existing financial assistance programs.
6 University of Northern Iowa to induct students in Teacher Education Program April 6 This will be the 39th group of candidates inducted into the teacher education program since formal ceremonies began in 1991. Three hundred and twenty-four students have satisfied requirements for admission into the Teacher Education program.
