1 Jim McDonough concert has moved to UNI's Lang Hall Auditorium. A sprinkler pipe located above the GBPAC Great Hall stage was damaged and burst causing water to affect the stage, equipment and surrounding areas. Due to the need for extensive cleanup and equipment checking, the concert was moved.
2 UNI goes green with installation of wind-solar hybrid power station. Built next to the Industrial Technology Center, the station brings together two sustainable sources of energy that will reduce carbon emissions and provide a renewable energy teaching and research facility.
3 UNI launches new political and election resources Web page. The webpage provides a variety of political and election resources for campaigns and media. The webpage will be updated throughout the campaign season and as political issues arise.
4 World leaders in Physical Education deliver solutions in "health and physical education pedagogy in the 21st century." The solution is a multi-faceted global recommendation focusing on healthy active lifestyles, integrating health and physical education, promoting best practices, advancing the knowledge and skills around physical literacy, student and teacher assessment.
