1 EntreFest! Entrepreneurial conference to bring together business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs and experts March 7 and 8 This year will be the sixth annual EntreFest! conference. This event is for entrepreneurs to learn and grow as a business. There will be several guest speakers at this event.
2 UNI Child Development Center to host open house The Child Development Center will host an open house. In addition to tours of the renovated space, Dwight Watson will be speaking.
3 UNI named one of 14 finalists to presidential honor roll UNI has been named one of the top 14 colleges and universities by the Community Service Honor Roll. This is the fifth year UNI has made the honor roll and the second year it have been named as a finalist.
4 UNI to celebrate Women's History Month There are various events that will take place in honor of Women's History Month. The theme this year is "Feminism and the Modern Family".
5 UNI to host Hunger Banquet UNI's Political Science Society will host the second annual OXFAM America Hunger Banquet. This event is put on to increase awareness of world hunger and malnourishment.
6 UNI to host reenactment of women's suffrage march UNI will host a reenactment of the 1913 women's suffrage march. The march took place prior to the inauguration of President Woodrow Wilson to protest women's exclusion from the right to vote.
