1 Groundbreaking of the Panther Plot April 11 at UNI UNI Presidential Scholars and Honors Program will host the groundbreaking of the Panther Plot. This is a garden on UNI's campus to improve the well-being of students and the community.
2 UNI to celebrate Earth Week April 22-26 There will be a variety of activities the week of April 22-26 to celebrate Earth Week. Students are encouraged to participate in these events and to learn more about conservation throughout the week.
3 UNI to host technology education fair for K through 12 students Various Kindergarten through 12th grade students will present their projects during a Student Technology Fair. Local judges will review each project and the top projects will showcase their work at the Iowa Technology and Education Connection Conference.
4 UNI to present the Y Factor Iowa: Men Leading by Example UNI's Center for Violence Prevention will present The Y Factor Iowa to help promote leadership and gender violence prevention on college campuses. Bob Bowlsby, Big 12 Conference commissioner, will be the keynote speaker at the event.
5 UNI's College of Education to host Alumni in Residence Several Alumni will be coming to speak at the second annual Alumni in Residence event. Tania Johnson, Harold Colsch, and Kelly Putnam will all be speaking at the event.
