8 Panthers open outdoor season in South Dakota

The UNI Panthers men's and women's track and field team started their outdoor season on Saturday, April 3. While coming out of the indoor season with a conference championship for the men and third place for the women, the Panthers had 52 UNI athletes finish within the top-five in their events, with several in the top three and three getting first place finishes; photos.
9 UNI football vs. USD cancelled, one game left in season

The UNI football team was supposed to face the University of South Dakota on April 1, but the game was cancelled due to COVID-19 tracing in South Dakota's football program. It will not be made up, leaving UNI with only one game left in the season: Homecoming 2020.5 against North Dakota State on April 10.
