Clarence W. Failor

Received his Ph. D. degree from Columbia University at the June convocation. His wife is the former Ethel V. Nelson, and daughters are, Jane Ardis and Cecilia Jo. He is serving on the staff of the School of Education, Washington State College, Pullman.
