Frank A. Barber

Barber, physician at Clear Lake, Iowa, visited Cedar Falls, in July, accompanied by his daughter, Helen, who enrolled at the College at the beginning of the Fall Term. She has been doing office work as a stenographer and business clerk at Clear Lake.
