Lieutenant Commander Raymond H. Smalling

Is now serving as a shore patrol officer in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has been stationed at Washington, D. C., in shore patrol and at the Navy Pre-Flight School in Athens, Ga., as an athletic officer.
