Jacob O. Belz

Died December 19, 1945, at his home in Falls Church, Virginia.; served in the 49th Iowa Infantry in the Spanish-American War. From 1904 until retirement in 1938, he was in the U. S. Bureau of Plant Industry, as staff associate of biophysical research.
