Capt. Forrest W. St. Clair

Is now on duty with the joint chiefs of staff after three years duty overseas in the European ordnance department. A former Ft. Smith, Ark., high school and junior college registrar, St. Clair was married September 4, 1945, to Lucille Sanderfer.
