Photographs by UNI's Bill Witt earn two first place honors at IPPA convention

Witt, photographer at UNI's Office of Public Information Services, won the awards at the Iowa Press Photographers annual convention held recently in Des Moines; the honors came from the "Portrait/Personality" and "Editorial Illustration" categories.
