University of Northern Iowa reading clinic brings success to children accustomed to failure (national literacy day is Sept. 8.)

Up to 20 students with reading problems from the Cedar Falls and Waterloo school systems are accepted into the Reading Clinic's program. All grade levels take part in the Clinic's program.
