Art workshop for children to begin Tuesday (Oct. 17) on University of Northern Iowa campus.

Area children, budding artists in grades four through eight, will have an opportunity to develop their artistic skills beyond the basic coloring book this fall by enrolling in one of three workshops in painting, drawing and art crafts.
