Regents approve preliminary budget, other business for University of Northern Iowa.

A preliminary general operating budget of $80,610,000 for the 1990-91 fiscal year was presented to the State Board of Regents. The budget reflects a 9 percent increase over the current fiscal year's revised budget of $73,980,000.
