Thelma McColm tuition scholarship to University of Northern Iowa awarded to West Liberty High School graduate in memory of 1922 Alumnus.

Melissa Rife received the scholarship. The scholarship is presented to a West Liberty or Louisa-Muscatine graduate planning to attend UNI, who shows strong academic promise and "who represents the standards and ideals of honesty, compassion and industry."
