By 2050 Iowa could cut greenhouse gas emissions by 70 percent

If all of the options from the Iowa Climate Change Advisory Council were enacted by 2020 to reduce Iowa's energy use, greenhouse gas emissions would decrease by 70 percent and the cost would be less than Iowa spends on energy in one year.
