Samuel C. Smith

Winterset attorney, President of the Winterset Savings Bank and brother of E. M. Smith, Iowa's Secretary of State, died Thursday, December 26, 1929; he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Smith; practiced law in Winterset for more than thirty-two years.
