Capt. Maynard D. Dix

Awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal with three Oak Leaf clusters. A B-17 navigator, he flew 25 missions during a year and two months in the European theater. He returned to the States in July and is stationed at Galveston, Texas.
