Evette Fantroy

Evette was crowned Miss Black Iowa 2008. The organization seeks to provide a forum for African American women to showcase their knowledge and talent on a local and state platform while promoting education and public service. The organization works to develop women who are educated, self-disciplined, empowered, and who serve as positive role models. She lives in Waterloo.
